Tim Quach
Dr Tim Quach graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2007 with a Doctor of Philosophy in synthetic organic chemistry, supervised by Professor Mark Rizzacasa. He then spent two years at the University of California, San Diego, working on the total synthesis and structural determination of marine natural products in the laboratory of Professor Ted Molinski. Since 2011, he has held a position as postdoctoral research fellow in Medicinal Chemistry at the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, conducting research into the synthesis of lipid conjugates for targeted delivery of drugs to both the lymphatic system and subcellular compartments.
